A classic pair of beautiful vintage (latter part of the 20th century) English Windsor chairs crafted in the traditional technique of bent wood elm and carved oak. The wood grain is beautiful, particularly on the armrests and seats. The dark finish gives these chairs an antique feel but the construction is within the last 50 years, so they are strong and sturdy.
As these chairs are handmade, they differ slightly in dimensions. One chair measures 20 inches wide while the other chair measures 21 inches. Both chairs measure 43.25"H x 20"D

Interior seat width is 20" for one chair, 21" for the other chair In as found condition. Condition commensurate with age and use. Light wear in the finish from use, especially notable on the seats. Strong and stable, ready for many years of use.
