An absolutely beautiful pastel drawing of a landscape with town and church, signed in pencil "Saint Bandol, Jacques Coquillay" in the lower left. Presumably a scene of the Mediterranean seaside town of Bandol, France by the listed artist Jacques Coquillay, who created pastel scenes beginning in the 1970s. The pastel drawing measures 9.25" x 5" and is executed in shades of green, blue and white. The frame measures 11.25"H x 15.5"W x 1"D. The pastel on board has been matted and framed in an antique gold wood frame. Random small chips on the corners of the frame. Frame is painted olive green on the sides.
