A beautiful near pair of antique 1920s French or Belgian pot cupboard / nightstands with gorgeous terracotta colored Verona Italian marble tops. This is a near pair... the ornamental carvings, hardware and sizes are slightly different. Both nightstands measure 34.5"high. One nightstand measures 16"wide x 14"deep. The other nightstand measures 17.5"wide x 13.5"deep. Each nightstand has a drawer and a door with a storage compartment. One has an interior marble lining. The antique walnut wood has a beautiful subtle glow and bears evidence of its age with random scratches and inactive wormholes in the bottom base shelf. The antique Verona marble is honed from age and use and has slight pitting. The irregularities in the wood and marble add to the antique charm of this pair. Condition commensurate with age and use.
